Cooking with Pensonic Fiesta 2009
Contest Period: 20th Jun to 10th August 2009.

Terms & Conditions:-

  • This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above only. Employees, advertising agency and dealers of Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd and their families or household members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  • Participants are required to submit a complete entry form, Pensonic cooking products warranty card, recipes and 2 4R size photo of the dish. Any incomplete form or false information submitted may result in the participants being disqualified from this competition.
  • Each Pensonic cooking product warranty card is entitled for 1 recipe for contest.
  • Recipes submitted MUST be original and halal (not copied from books, magazines, newspapers, websites etc.). Non-original recipes will be immediately disqualified.
  • Recipes sent must attach with 2 original photos taken of the dish. The photos must be in 4R size and without editing or digital enhancement.
  • All recipes must have been cooked and tested and suitable for cooking in Pensonic products, in its entirety.
  • All entries must be submitted to Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd, ¡°Cooking with Pensonic Fiesta 2009¡±. Lot 11B Jalan 223, Section 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Participants may send in as many entries/recipes as they wish as long as the recipes are original. OR log in to www.pensonic.com
  • All entries must be received by August 10th, 2009 at 5.00pm. All entries received after this date will be discarded.
  • The Finalist will be judged based on the best original recipe submitted for the contest after due date. The judges¡¯ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Written notification to the 20 finalists will be postmarked by August 11th or 12th, 2009. Finalists will also receive a phone call on that date. The finalists must attend the final round of cooking competition on 16.08.09 at a venue in Kuala Lumpur. If a finalists does not participate in this event, he/she forfeits all winnings.
  • The finalists may also be required to attend any briefing, rehearsals, photo shooting sessions, interviews & preparation. The schedules to be informed via correspondence and phone call. The absence of the finalists will subject to disqualification.
  • Winners might be required to be presence at Pensonic future events if required.
  • All recipes and photos submitted by participants of the Contest will become the sole property of Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd who reserves the right to use them for any Advertising & Promotional purposes and activities it deems fit without recompense to the aforesaid participants.
  • All prizes must be claimed at one time within one month of the prize notification date, failing which the prizes will be automatically forfeited.
  • Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • All participants are not entitled to reimbursement any expenses incurred in participating this competition such as accommodation, traveling or allowance and ingredients .
