Responsibilities:
- To supervise the operation of the teams and outlets
- Planning and implementing marketing & promotional activities
- Managing store inventory and charting staff duty roster
- To conduct operation and product training to the team members
Requirements:
- Must possess experience in leading, managing and supervising a team of not less than 5 members. Experience in directly selling will be an added advantage.
- Possess good and effective leadership quality/skill and a good mentor to team members.
- Good interpersonal skill is essential.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
- Possess own transport
