<p>GEORGE TOWN: Homegrown appliance maker <a href="https://www.thestar.com.my/business/marketwatch/stocks/?qcounter=PENSONI" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pensonic Holdings Bhd</a><a href="http://charts.thestar.com.my/?s=PENSONI" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" class="go-chart" src="https://cdn.thestar.com.my/Themes/img/chart.png" /></a> is set to strengthen its market position through a lifestyle-driven strategy for the financial year ending May 31, 2026 (FY2026).</p>
<p>In a statement released after the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) today, the group said it will focus on expanding its portfolio of trend-conscious, multifunctional and space-saving appliances, as well as culturally themed designs, particularly in the kitchen appliance segment, which is expected to drive future growth.</p>

<p>It will also intensify digital engagement through social media, influencer partnerships and lifestyle-oriented campaigns to strengthen its connection with younger consumers and enhance overall brand visibility.</p>
<p>The group remains simultaneously committed to advancing its sustainability and community initiatives as part of its long-term commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact.</p>

<p>&#8220;The group remains steadfast in its commitment to deliver value, quality and innovation, ensuring Pensonic continues to grow with every generation,” it said.</p>
<p>At its AGM today, founder and chairman Datuk Seri Chew Weng Khak also announced his retirement. He has led the company since it was established in 1965.</p>
<p>Its fourth quarter performance for the financial year ended May 31, 2025 showed signs of recovery with a net loss of about RM900,000 versus RM13.25 million a year ago. It recorded a revenue of RM99.81 million against RM84.92 million previously.</p>
<p>On a 12-month basis, net loss decreased to RM3.78 million from RM13.61 million a year ago on the back of RM333.77 million in revenue, up 7.9 per cent from RM309.34 million previously.</p>

文告说，自1965年创立公司以来，周柒吉始终带领集团成长，他对继任领导团队充满信心，同时感谢董事部、管理层、员工及各方利益相关者长期以来的支持。</p>
<p>遍视利集团在今日于槟城总部召开的第31届股东周年大会后发文告，回顾集团截至今年5月31日止财政年的业绩表现，并阐述未来的战略方向，聚焦品牌相关性、营运韧性和可持续增长。<br />
文告说，遍视利在2025财政年实现营收3亿3377万令吉，较上财政年的3亿934万令吉增长7.9%，集团净亏损也大幅缩小，从前期的<br />
1361万令吉减少至378万令吉。<br />
“这一增长主要来自国内需求提升、出口贡献稳健，以及面向年轻消费群体推出的生活方式新品。”<br />
文告说，该集团依旧面对成本上涨、价格竞争压力和营运资金增加等挑战。</p>
<p>“上财政年的基本每股亏损为2.49仙，较前一年的9.45仙显著改善。本年度不派息。〞<br />
文告指出，该集团出口业务亦表现强劲，从2021年至2024年，出口销售额增长达63%。海外销售占比自2023的30%逐步升至2024的37%，并在今年达到39%，体现集团对国际市场拓展的战略重点。”<br />
文告说，截至今年5月31日止第四季，遍视利实现营收9981万令吉，高于上年同期的8492万令吉，显示市场需求持续增长、产品接受度提升。季度净亏损亦大幅缩小至90万令吉，远低于上年同期的<br />
1325万令吉。</p>
<p><strong>首季净利扬3.1倍</strong></p>
<p>另一方面，归功于成本管理改善，以及营运效率提升，遍视利截至<br />
2025年8月31日第—季净利走高3.1倍至17万2000令吉，前期为4万2000令吉。<br />
首季营业额几乎持平，较前期7994万6000令吉减少1000令吉，至<br />
7994万5000令吉。<br />
展望2026财政年，该公司透过文告指出，遍视利将继续以生活方式为导向的战略强化市场地位，紧贴干禧一代等年轻消费群体的偏好。”</p>

<p>GEORGE TOWN, 24 Okt (Bernama) &#8212; Pengeluar peralatan rumah tempatan, Pensonic Holdings Bhd, menyasarkan untuk mengukuhkan lagi kedudukan pasaran menerusi strategi berasaskan gaya hidup bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Mei, 2026 (TK2026).<br />
Menerusi kenyataan pasca mesyuarat agung tahunan (AGM) hari ini, kumpulan itu berkata pihaknya akan menumpukan pengembangan portfolio peralatan yang menepati cita rasa semasa, bercirikan pelbagai fungsi dan jimat ruang serta reka bentuk bertemakan budaya, terutama bagi segmen peralatan dapur yang dijangka menjadi pemacu pertumbuhan di masa depan.<br />
Pada masa sama, kumpulan itu akan turut meningkatkan penglibatan dalam media sosial, bekerjasama dengan pempengaruh selain kempen berteraskan gaya hidup untuk mengukuhkan interaksi dengan pengguna muda dan menonjolkan ketampakan jenama secara menyeluruh.<br />
Kumpulan itu juga kekal komited untuk memperkukuh inisiatif kemampanan dan komuniti yang dijadikakan sebahagian daripada komitmen jangka panjang terhadap tanggangjawab alam sekitar dan impak sosial.<br />
&#8220;Selain itu, kumpulan kekal kukuh dalam komitmen menyampaikan nilai, kualiti dan inovasi serta memastikan kelangsungan pengembangan Pensonic bersama setiap generasi,&#8221; katanya.<br />
Dalam perkembangan lain, pada AGM hari ini, Pengasas merangkap Pengerusi Datuk Seri Chew Weng Khak telah mengumumkan persaraannya selepas menerajui kumpulan sejak penubuhan pada 1965.<br />
Bagi tempoh suku keempat tahun kewangan berakhir pada 31 Mei 2025, menyaksikan kumpulan itu memaparkan tanda-tanda pemulihan dengan kerugian bersih sekitar RM900,000 berbanding RM13.25 juta pada tahun sebelumnya.<br />
Perolehan hasil pula berjumlah RM99.81 juta berbanding RM84.92 juta sebelum ini.<br />
Bagi asas perbandingan selama 12 bulan, kerugian bersih kumpulan susut kepada RM3.78 juta daripada RM13.61 juta tahun sebelumnya, disokong oleh perolehan hasil sebanyak RM333.77 juta yang meningkat 7.9 peratus berbanding RM309.34 juta sebelum ini.</p>
<p>Menurut kumpulan itu, pertumbuhan berkenaan telah disokong oleh permintaan domestik yang lebih kukuh, sumbangan eksport memberangsangkan serta produk baharu berteraskan gaya hidup yang disasarkan kepada demografi pengguna muda bagi mendorong peningkatan hasil.</p>

<p>GEORGE TOWN, Oct 24 (Bernama) &#8212; Homegrown appliance maker Pensonic Holdings Bhd is set to strengthen its market position through a lifestyle-driven strategy for the financial year ending May 31, 2026 (FY2026).<br />
In a statement released after the company&#8217;s annual general meeting (AGM) today, the group said it will focus on expanding its portfolio of trend-conscious, multifunctional and space-saving appliances, as well as culturally themed designs, particularly in the kitchen appliance segment, which is expected to drive future growth.<br />
It will also intensify digital engagement through social media, influencer partnerships and lifestyle-oriented campaigns to strengthen its connection with younger consumers and enhance overall brand visibility.<br />
The group remains simultaneously committed to advancing its sustainability and community initiatives as part of its long-term commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact.<br />
&#8220;The group remains steadfast in its commitment to deliver value, quality and innovation, ensuring Pensonic continues to grow with every generation,&#8221; it said.<br />
At its AGM today, founder and chairman Datuk Seri Chew Weng Khak also announced his retirement. He has led the company since it was established in 1965.</p>
<p>Its fourth quarter performance for the financial year ended May 31, 2025 showed signs of recovery with a net loss of about<br />
RM900,000 versus RM13.25 million a year ago. It recorded a revenue of RM99.81 million against RM84.92 million previously.<br />
On a 12-month basis, net loss decreased to RM3.78 million from RM13.61 million a year ago on the back of RM333.77 million in revenue, up 7.9 per cent from RM309.34 million previously.<br />
The group said growth was supported by stronger domestic demand, healthy exports contribution and new lifestyle-focused products targeted at younger demographics drove revenue.</p>
