    Incorporation of Keat Radio Co. Sdn. Bhd. as a private limited company.

    Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd was established as it imported audio and visual products under the brand 'Pensonic'.
  • 1984

    Registration of Pensonic trademark in Malaysia and eventual registration in over 20 countries.
  • 1994

    Incorporation of Pensonic Holdings Berhad.
  • 1995

    Successful listing on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

    Accorded the ISO 9002 accreditation.

    • Upgraded to ISO 9001-2000 accreditation.
    • Involvement in Own Brand Manufacturing (OBM) and Own Design Manufacturing (ODM).
    • Under its multi-brand business model, Pensonic owns LEBENSSTIL KOLLEKTION.

    Pensonic is the only Electrical Home Appliances brand selected by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE)as one of the SHOWCASE MALAYSIA 2003 trade exhibition, held in conjunction with the 13th /non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit.
  • 2004

    • Pensonic Blender PB-501 was recognised as the Malaysia Good Design Mark by the Malaysia Design Council.
    • Awarded the NATIONAL CREATIVITY & INNOVATION AWARD by the Malaysia Design Technology Centre for outstanding brand building.

    Pensonic new logo was launched on 16 August by Deputy Minister of International Trade & Industry Dato’ Ahmad Husni B. Mohamad.

    Acquisition of Amtek Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. and Amtek Marketing Services Pte Ltd (owns CORNELL of USA). Obtained sole-distributorship in Malaysia for internationally-acclaimed brands.

    • Awarded the Brand Excellence Award 2007 by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

    • Pensonic launched the new ‘25 Friends of Pensonic’ Campaign featuring 25 successful Malaysian icons to celebrate Pensonic’s 25th anniversary.

    Pensonic's innovative, humour infused BOLD FAN Hokkien commercial, voted The Best Electronic Goods TVCS 2008 by Marketing Magazine, hit over 100,000 views within 2 days after it was posted on Pensonic YouTube Channel.

    Pensonic has exclusive distributorship rights for renowned UK home appliances brands Morphy Richards and Belling from the United Kingdom. In March, these two brands under the Glen Dimplex Group were launched in Malaysia.
